Q: What is the format of this conference?
A: This is an e-conference; which means all the participants, audiences, organizers, panellists will connect virtually from their respective places. The platform to be used for the event will be – zoom.
Q: How do I participate in this event?
A: You need to submit your abstract at first. For submission of abstract, visit https://met.du.ac.bd/abstract-submission/. You will be notified once your abstract is accepted. After that, you will be notified about all the details of the program as well as your session.
Q: How do I present my research at the event?
A: You can deliver your talk and present your research to everyone through the usual procedure of ‘Screen Sharing’ by zoom.
Q: Is it necessary to submit my presentation before my talk?
A: It is definitely not mandatory, but recommended. Since this is a virtual conference, the organizing committee has decided to share the presentations before the event in order to maintain the regular flow of the sessions throughout the event.
Q: Is there any award for the participants?
A: Two best presentations will be awarded. The categories are – for professionals (e.g. who are not students) and for non-professionals (i.e. the students).
Q: Is there any format for preparing abstracts?
